1. Use of the site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate quote requests, partner applications, and communication with our dispatch team. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access non-public areas.
2. Service quotes and rates
Quotes provided through the Site or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply and remain valid for a limited time, typically 24 hours. Final rates may be adjusted in writing for changes in scope, accessorial services, detention, layover, redelivery, weather-related rerouting, or load characteristics materially different from those quoted.
3. Carriage, liability, and insurance
Freight transported under our authority is subject to standard motor-carrier liability rules and our cargo insurance limits, currently $100,000 per load unless otherwise agreed in writing. Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within nine (9) months of delivery and must be supported by signed POD and photo documentation. Consequential, special, or indirect damages are excluded.
4. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed, established business accounts are invoiced on net-30 terms. Spot loads may require payment by credit card or other method on file at the time of booking. Past-due invoices accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Utah law.
5. SMS appointment reminders & notifications
- Program description. By providing your mobile number, you may receive SMS messages from Utah S Hotshot LLC containing quote replies, dispatch updates, pickup and delivery notifications, appointment reminders, and other transactional messages relating to your account or load.
- Opt-in consent. Providing your mobile number and checking an opt-in box on our site (or texting us first) constitutes consent to receive SMS messages from Utah S Hotshot LLC.
- Opt-out instructions. Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message confirming the cancellation.

- Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Verify rates with your wireless provider.
- Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile number and any related information are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Age restriction. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (logos, marks, text, photos, and code) is the property of Utah S Hotshot LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utah S Hotshot LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
