The story

We saw a gap in the supply chain.

Construction supers, oilfield service managers, equipment dealers, and farm operators kept telling us the same story: the freight market had stopped treating their loads like the deadline-critical work they actually were. Brokers would book a load, lose contact with the driver, and surface a day later with an excuse instead of a delivery.

We built Utah's Hotshot to be the opposite of that. Our trucks. Our drivers. One dispatcher per shift, who answers the phone. Photos before the tarp goes on, photos at the drop, signed POD in your inbox before the trailer's empty.

A decade later, we still run the company the same way — small enough to stay personal, structured enough you'll never wonder where your load is.
